By downloading, accessing or playing 24 ("the game"), or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service with Allura Studios, a brand of Allura LLC ("Allura," "we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree, please do not use the game or this website.
License to Play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play 24 for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the game or its content except as allowed by law.
Free to Play, Ads and Purchases
24 is free to play and supported by advertising. The game offers optional in-app purchases, including Remove Ads and gem or booster packs. All purchases are final and are processed by the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store under their terms. Virtual items such as gems, relics and boosts have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may change or be discontinued as we update the game. Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from.
Fair Play
Please do not cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, tamper with the game, or use it in any way that harms other players or our services. We may limit or end access for conduct that breaks these terms.
Intellectual Property
The game, including its name, art, characters, audio, code and design, is the property of Allura LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Disclaimer
The game and this website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress will never be lost.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allura LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the game or this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

We may update these terms as the game evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the game or website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
