Privacy Policy

Overview

24 is a puzzle card game made by Allura Studios, a brand of Allura LLC ("we," "us," "our"). We believe data should serve players, not the other way around. This Privacy Policy explains what information the game and this website collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. By playing 24 or visiting this site you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

You do not need an account to play 24 or to browse this website. The information involved is limited to:

  • Game progress. Your stages, stars, hearts, gems, relics and settings are saved on your own device so your run is there when you come back.
  • Basic analytics. We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (stages reached, session length, device type, crashes) to make the game better. This is not used to identify you.
  • Advertising identifiers. Because the game is free and supported by ads, our advertising partner may access a device advertising identifier to serve and measure ads. See "Advertising" below.

We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or location to play the game.

Advertising

24 is free to play and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, AdMob may collect and process device-level information such as an advertising identifier, general device data and interaction with ads. Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Ads privacy policy.

You can limit ad personalization at any time in your device settings (for example, "Reset advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android, or "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS). Purchasing Remove Ads removes forced ads from the game. Optional rewarded ads (watch a short ad for a bonus) remain available to everyone who chooses them.

In-App Purchases

24 offers optional in-app purchases (for example, Remove Ads and gem or booster packs). Purchases are handled entirely by the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. We never see or store your card number or full payment details. Refund requests are handled through the store you purchased from.

How We Use Information

  • Save and restore your game progress on your device
  • Operate, support and improve the game and this website
  • Serve and measure ads that keep the game free
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse or technical problems
  • Comply with legal obligations

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed with the service providers that make the game work, such as our advertising partner (Google AdMob), the app stores that process purchases, and hosting or analytics providers, each under their own privacy terms.

Children's Privacy

24 is a family-friendly game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where ads are shown to a younger audience, we aim to configure them to be age-appropriate and non-personalized in line with the app stores' families policies. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

Your Rights

Because game progress lives on your device, you can clear it at any time by resetting the game or removing the app. For any question about data we may hold, or to make a request, email hello@allurallc.com.
